Delete Your Account

Use this page to request deletion of your Tatsby account and associated personal data, even if you no longer have the app installed.

What Happens

After we verify ownership, the account is disabled and personal profile data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Associated uploads, messages, reviews, and marketplace records are removed or anonymized unless a specific record must be retained for payment disputes, fraud prevention, tax, safety, or another legal obligation.

Timing

We acknowledge requests using the account email and complete the deletion process within 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period. We will explain any required retention in the final confirmation.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, or other legal obligations will be isolated and retained only for the required period.
