Booking Inquiries
A website inquiry does not reserve a time. The artist or Tatsby team must follow up to confirm availability, price, deposit, and studio policy. Include the artist's name and your requested date when contacting support.
Payments
If a payment appears incorrect, provide the booking ID, transaction date, amount, and the last four digits of the card. Do not send the complete card number or security code.
