4. Service Providers
We disclose only the information needed for providers to perform services for Tatsby. Depending on the feature used, those providers may include:
- Tatsby's API, database, and storage providers for accounts, profiles, content, and application data.
- Google or Firebase for supported sign-in and device-notification functions.
- Stripe for payment processing. Tatsby does not receive your full card number.
- AI processing providers when you request concept generation.
- PostHog and Vercel for product analytics, hosting, and performance monitoring.
- Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and intake forms such as booking inquiries and account-deletion requests.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and Security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion, limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment disputes, fraud prevention, tax, safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law. Submit an account-deletion request through our account deletion page or the Support Center. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a different period is required by law.
7. Children
Tatsby is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Tattoo eligibility and parental-consent requirements vary by location and studio.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
